Starting May 2nd, we are transforming part of the museum into a hands-on Farmers’ Market & General Store, inspired by the farms, food, and small businesses of the Northeast Kingdom.

Children can:

• “Harvest” produce

• Weigh vegetables on market scales

• Run their own farms stand

• Shop the market and store

• Stock shelves in the General Store

• Practice kindness, cooperation, and commerce.

This exhibit celebrates the agricultural roots and entrepreneurial spirit of our region.
