Amanda Addeo, LCMHC, NCC
Board Member
Amanda Addeo, known to many as Mandy — lives in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom and is deeply passionate about the nature, culture, and history of this unique and beautiful region. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University at Albany, a master’s degree in School Counseling from The College of Saint Rose, and has completed post-master’s coursework in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mandy holds a Vermont teaching license and is a National Board Certified Counselor.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Mandy is a member of the Education Committee. She is dedicated to inspiring children to experience awe and wonder as they explore the rich character of their local community. Her love for natural beauty and deep connection to the landscape drive her commitment to the Children’s Museum of the NEK’s mission — to spark joy, curiosity, and local connection in the next generation.
